HOW DO YOU SHIP THE PRODUCTS?

The products are shipped via our recognized logistic partners from our warehouse.

WITHIN HOW MUCH TIME OF PLACING AN ORDER, IS IT DISPATCHED?

Medhya is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. Orders are usually processed & dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKES FOR AN ORDER TO GET DELIVERED?

We deliver your order within 2-3 working days post-dispatch in Metro cities. For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 2-5 business days. Deliveries to remote locations such as North East, Uttarakhand, and J&K may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical constraints and logistic challenges.

Since, ground couriers take a little longer time than air couriers, delivery of ground-shipped orders take 5-7 days post-dispatch. We strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible. At all steps of your order processing, we are in constant touch with you over phone and email to keep you updated.

ARE THERE ANY DELIVERY CHARGES?

Free shipping is available on Orders over and above the value of Rupees 400. The orders below the value of Rupees 400 shall be charged with a variable shipping fee depending on the region. This shipping fee is specified and updated on Medhya website and taken into account while you place your order. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

However, in certain cases the shipping charges may vary from the above referred lines and the same would be informed at the time of check out.

Is COD Option AVAILABLE?

Not yet. However, we are working towards a smoother customer experience and will be including COD in coming weeks.
