While you plan your journey to a healthy and fruitful new year, here are 5 super simple daily checks from team MEDHYA that would help you stay on top of rest your health goals!
- Say NO to Processed Sugar in every form: Drinks, Meals, and Snacks.
- Engage in Physical activity for at least 20-30 mins every day and for at least 4-5 times a week. Pick up anything: Yoga, Run, Dance, Walk, or Sports.
- Stay hydrated with natural drink options. Water would top this list and alternatives could be coconut water, natural juices, milk, or smoothies. Look for a hydration for at least 8-10 times a day either with water bottle at your bay or just get moving to grab a glass.
- Replace everything processed with SIMPLE & WHOLESOME. Work on to include the colours of rainbow into your meals.
- Relax and unwind. Give time to something that you LIKE to do and not just have to do. Whether it is spending time with family or friends, pursuing a passion, learning something new, or just giving yourself a break from the gadgets.
