Serves: 5-6 persons
- 100 grams butter
- 50 grams almond butter
- 50 grams sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 Tsp. rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
- Rock Salt as per your taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION: Homemade Butter – Spicy and Tangy
Time of preparation: 10-15 minutes
- Take butter as well as almond butter and melt it to room temperature.
- Chop the tomatoes, rosemary and mince the garlic. Add them to the butter mixture.
- Add red pepper flakes and rock salt to it. Mix the contents well.
- Refrigerate it till it thickens.
- Enjoy your spread later.
